Construction to begin earlier than normal Thursday, March 11

Residents who live near Penn Manor High School may experience noise from construction activity that will begin earlier than normal on Thursday, March 11.

Starting around 6 a.m. Thursday, workers will be pouring concrete in a portion of a new building on the high school campus. Residents may hear truck traffic, backup alarms, engines and generators while this work is being completed.

Concrete trucks will be using the Cottage Avenue entrance to the high school, and students, staff and visitors are encouraged to use a different entry point to avoid potential delays.

The work is expected to continue until 8 a.m.
